CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement (pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running), performed at high intensity.
You will not find any machines – instead, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds, and areas for jumping, climbing, and lifting. All workouts are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.

This class is designed help athletes understand and practice the basic and advanced gymnastics movements used within CrossFit.
With personal training you have our undivided attention. This is great for those at beginner fitness levels with little knowledge of workout form and function as well as athletes training for a specific sport or anyone that prefers to workout in a quieter, more personal setting.
The On Ramp program is an opportunity for new members to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small class setting. Groups will consist of 1-5 athletes led by 1-2 coaches. When basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs and mobility is achieved then the member is ready to jump into regular CrossFit classes.

Beyond The Whiteboard (BTWB) is an online workout tracking tool, designed by CrossFitters for CrossFitters. CrossFit is evidence based fitness, so it is important to us that our member’s have the opportunity to analyze their fitness levels, weaknesses, programming, and track their progress.
Through Beyond The Whiteboard, our members can record everything from workout results to personal records, to meals and body composition. Our Workouts of the Day (“WODs”) are posted here and can be viewed by 9:00 pm the night before. This service is provided to all our members at no extra charge.
