First of all we are excited that you’re thinking of joining The Fig community. So you feel prepared, here is what you can expect during your Free Intro Session.
Our Intro Class is a one time class that last one hour. We will go over the CrossFit methodology, work through some fundamental movements and do a workout at the end. It’s simple, approachable and fun! After completion of your Intro Class, you’re welcome to attend any class you prefer.
We offer our “No Sweat Intro” Monday-Thursday at 4:00 pm or Saturday at 9:00 am
