Our Youth Speed & Agility program is built for athletes who want to move better, play faster, and stay healthier as they grow.
This is not random drills or conditioning for the sake of being tired. Every session focuses on developing the foundational skills that carry over to all sports: acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, coordination, balance, and sprint mechanics.
Training is led by Gerard and Abby Harker, both former collegiate athletes and current healthcare professionals. Their background allows them to coach athletes with purpose, intention, and safety in mind, while still pushing performance forward.
Athletes will learn how to:
• Run and sprint with better mechanics
• Change direction more efficiently
• Improve coordination and body control
• Build confidence in their movement
• Develop habits that reduce injury risk
The program is open to athletes of all sports and age groups. Whether your child plays football, soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, or is just getting started, the goal is the same: build a strong athletic foundation that supports long-term development.
As the program grows, additional services such as individualized training, sport-specific work, and return-to-sport support will be added.
If you want your athlete training in an environment that values proper movement, real coaching, and long-term progress, this program was built for them.
